This Artist Broke Her Creative Block and Produced These Breathtaking Illustrations

 

If you’re a painter, writer or work in the creative industry in some way, you’ve probably suffered from a creative block at some point in your creative journey. It can be a painful and frustrating time, but one creative decided to take this creative block and do something amazing with it.
Isabelle Staub is a freelance illustrator, if you spend your days browsing social media sites such as Instagram, you’ve undoubtedly come across her work at some point. The artist set social media ablaze with her reimaging of classic Disney Princesses such as Ariel and Pocahontas.

“I’ve always loved Disney since I was a child, so I decided to paint the princesses in my own art style for fun.” Isabelle spent approximately 8 to 12 hours recreating each image, and her hard work has certainly paid off because these images look incredible.

“I’m definitely ready to start a new series! Someone requested villains, which I think would be really cool. But I might give the whole Disney theme a rest for a while.” We hope to see a lot more from her.
